The homes are almost complete with our first 2 closing escrow this Friday, 8/31/18. We have 3 of the 5 homes sold (Unit 2, 4 & 5) with Units 1 & 3 available for sale at a price of $1,099,00. We plan to furniture stage Unit 1 in mid-September if it remains unsold.
18 Townhome Condo units in Santee - This site continues to be a beehive of activity with all 18 units being built at once. We have sold 9 of 18 units out of our sales trailer located on the adjacent vacant lot. Phase 1 completions set for later this year in October to early November with a project completion by the end of the year.

5 Homes in Carmel Valley - We have completed grading and are building the perimeter retaining and free-standing walls. Completion of homes is set for the summer of 2019.
7 Homes in Vista - Escrow is closed on the land. With no Mello-Roos and low HOA dues, we hope to appeal to the growing baby boomer home buying market with one story homes 2,800 to 3,000 sf. We will have a grading permit issued by the end of the year with the home completions by the end of 2019.
