New Pointe Communities, Inc. (NPC) is a residential real estate development and building firm based in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego. Founded in 2007 by Scot Sandstrom, NPC has built a reputation for integrity and superior customer service across Southern California.
When the Witch Creek fires destroyed more than 1,000 homes across San Diego County in October 2007, NPC pivoted from land development to rebuilding — purchasing empty lots from fire survivors and rebuilding 16 homes across six neighborhoods. That work invested millions in the Rancho Bernardo community and created thousands of construction jobs throughout San Diego County.
Today, NPC builds new homes across San Diego, Riverside, and LA County — bringing nearly two decades of experience and the same commitment to quality to some of Southern California's fastest growing markets.

Tyler is a skilled project manager with expertise in entitlements, land development, and construction. He manages the bid process, on-site construction managers, and customer service. Tyler drives projects forward on schedule while maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional results for every development.
